    The hotel offers exclusive amenities that were fulfilling for us. We were delighted with the full range of TV channels, mini fridge, and a comfortable king-size bed in the room that we could electronically adjust. the spa and wellness center with a fully-equipped sauna, steam room, and spa lounge, and the massage packages were exceptional.

    The only minor issue was the poor selection of food items at the breakfast buffet, which lacked in variety. Although the hotel offers Chinese food, there were no international cuisines.

    Sun yat sen park and other tourist destinations were at a small distance. Take a look at Zhuhai Gongbei neighbourhood, it's worth it. We would recommend as we really enjoyed palm spring. Perfect for city trip...

    Great variety for breakfast, clean rooms, convenient location with affordable seafood restaurants nearby. 24hr spa with excellent service and affordable prices. Adjustable height mattress and transport to and from port/checkpoint.

    Cannot find any fault.

    I was pleasantly surprised by how close this hotel is to the port of Gongbei. It made getting to Macau a breeze! the rooms are clean and comfortable, with an amazing electronically adjusted bed. the bathroom is well equipped, and the staff provided complimentary slippers and bottled water. There is also an on-site spa with hot pools and massages, perfect for relaxation after a long day of traveling. there are local street food stalls and restaurants nearby, offering a taste of local cuisine.

    One downside is that the breakfast offered at the hotel was below average.

    During my recent new year stay, I appreciated the free transportation provided by the hotel to nearby attractions and the comfortable bedding for a peaceful sleep. the location was also great, as it was just a short walk to the train station and local street food stalls.

    The breakfast provided was disappointing and not up to standard, and the staff seemed to be uninterested in assisting guests with their queries and requests, which made it difficult in navigating around the unfamiliar area. the spa services available were also quite expensive and did not provide value for money.

    The hotel offered a free shuttle service to the nearby border, which saved me a lot of time. The room was quite spacious and had some modern amenities like a large TV, a safe, and a mini fridge. The location was also very convenient, only a short walk to the train station and local restaurants. I really enjoyed using the spa facilities in the neighboring building, especially the hot pool and steam room.

    The breakfast options were quite limited and not very tasty. , the refrigerator in my room didn't work properly, which was a bit frustrating.
